Essence vs. Serum, Why not both?

Lets start with a little intro to what both an Essence and a Serum is:

Essences are water based and easily absorbs into the skin. Essences aids in  hydration after the cleansing process.

Serums are thicker in texture and contains ingredients that treats specific skincare concerns.

Our serums are both an essence and a serum. Our serums are water-based for easy absorption and contains active ingredients to treat specific skincare concerns. Utilizing a water-base helps the absorption process of active ingredients.

Why did we choose this formulation?                                                                      We chose this formulation because one our skincare solution is balance moisture. (View previous blog post "Moisture balance" for information on Moisture balance). Water - Oil balance is very important when controlling your moisture whether you have dry or oily skin.

Our water-based serum helps to provide the skin with active ingredients but leaving the skin light and ready for your moisturizer and sunscreen. Similar to drinking a glass of fresh fruit infused water, hydrating and replenishing with very minimal inactive additives.
